Yes. One $19.99/month subscription covers your entire family group. There's no per-person charge. Invite as many family members as you like, all sharing the same subscription.
It means your care community recommends TeaTime to families and residents at zero cost to your community. We provide awareness materials (pull-up banners, leaflets, digital assets), families subscribe directly, and residents start receiving family content on their TVs. Your community still gets the compliance and conversion benefits — completely free.
The Community Subscription unlocks the full two-way connection: you can push updates, event photos, and documents to all families; families can message the community; you get an analytics dashboard showing resident engagement; content moderation tools; a portable iPad TV for residents who are mobile; and a dedicated onboarding and support team.
Yes. The community subscription is a 12-month minimum term, billed directly by TeaTime. We find that this gives communities enough time to see meaningful adoption and impact. Most communities renew well before the term ends.
Yes. Families can subscribe independently. If your loved one's care community isn't on TeaTime yet, contact us and we'll help get them connected.
Yes. Families get a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start. You only pay after the trial period, and you can cancel any time.
