Very little. Our team handles onboarding, we work with you to get TeaTime connected to your TVs and set up for your community. Once live, it runs completely automatically. There's no ongoing maintenance, no content curation, and no daily involvement from staff. The platform does everything in the background.
TeaTime works with most modern smart TVs. If you're uncertain about compatibility with the TVs currently in your residents' rooms, we'll assess that during your demo and advise on any requirements. We're continuously expanding our supported device range, including Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, and Android TV.
Nothing at all. Content from families appears on their TV automatically. Residents don't need to press a button, log in, or learn anything new. The TV they already watch every day becomes the delivery mechanism, which is exactly why adoption is so high.
