No. Your loved one doesn't need to touch a thing. Once TeaTime is connected to their TV, which either you or the care community does once. It runs completely on its own. Photos and videos appear automatically whenever family members share them.
TeaTime works on most modern smart TVs. If you're not sure whether the TV in their room is compatible, get in touch and we'll help you check. We're constantly expanding the range of supported devices.
For the basic family subscription, care community involvement is minimal. Just a one-time TV setup. You don't need to ask permission or wait for them to sign up to anything. If the care community is already a TeaTime partner, even better. Everything is already connected.
Absolutely. One subscription covers your whole family group. You invite whoever you'd like, children, grandchildren, siblings, friends, and they can all share photos and videos from their own phones. There's no limit on how many people can join the group.
Yes. Only people you invite to your family group can see or share content. Nothing is public. You control who's in the group and can remove anyone at any time. Everything shown on the TV is curated by your family, not selected by TeaTime or the care community.
